Job DescriptionPerforms simple clerical duties by applying office procedures including answering calls, managing basic financial transactions and recording, typing or word processing, filing, and other ad-hoc activities to increase efficiency.Responsibilities
  • Send all renewal letters to existing clients 3 months prior renewal.
  • Process and pay all claims within 72 hours after all documents received.
  • Prepare and deliver policy documents to new and existing clients.
  • Establish effective working relationship with clients, broking companies, and all stakeholders for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in providing accurate data for audit in Operations.
  • Adheres to business, process, and compliance rules.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to suggest appropriate process changes.
  • Supports ad-hoc department initiatives and cross-functional team projects.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with other departments, intermediaries, and Corporate Relationship Managers
  • Informs clients of requirements, procedures and provides input to other areas such as client feedback or queries.
  • Performs general office administration such as follow-ups, client call-backs and policy changes.
  • Manages and resolves customer complaints and queries.
  • Drives the organizations persistency improvement guidelines.
  • Attend to client requests, enquiries, and policy information within timelines. * Prepare premium quotations and deliver to clients within 24 hours turnaround time.
  • Any other duties required
