Production Assistant - Male

• Maintain a clean and navigable floor layout to ensure production team can move freely
• Collect and sort textile waste, selvedge trim, and recyclable materials according to company policy.Ensure the production floor is clean.
• Production Preparation: Set equipment and materials ready for upcoming production runs, ensuring lot numbers match the spec sheets.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of essential supplies (yarn, lubricants, spare parts) and alert the manager when supplies are low.
• Receiving & Dispatch: Assist in purchasing raw materials and issueing them to production team.
• Daily Operational Support: monitoring production to ensure it meets standards
• Basic Troubleshooting: Identify and report mechanical oddities or quality inconsistencies to the maintenance team immediately.
• Documentation: Maintain daily logs of material usage and production output to assist in accurate record-keeping.
• Perform other duties as needed to enhance production

• Minimum qualification: SHS
• Experience in social media marketing or content creation is a major plus but not a requirement
• Must reside in Teshie ,Nungua or it environs .
• Preferably a male.

• Attention to Detail: You can spot a mislabeled yarn lot from across the room and hate seeing a messy workspace
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift and move materials up to workers.
• Organizational Process: A natural knack for "A place for everything and everything in its place."
• Communication: Clear, concise communication skills to work effectively with both the warehouse team and the technical team.
