COMPANY OVERVIEWA leading company in the health, wellness, and direct sales industry is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee its warehouse operations. The company operates within a structured international network and places strong emphasis on inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient distribution. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the overall management of warehouse operations, ensuring 100% stock accuracy, strict adherence to FDA-compliant storage standards, and effective FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management. The role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain operational efficiency while upholding high standards of compliance and control.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInventory Management & Control
  • Ensure 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits
  • Maintain real-time inventory records and reconcile discrepancies promptly
  • Implement and enforce FIFO principles to manage product shelf life and minimize expiries
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
Warehouse Operations
  • Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes
  • Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of all products
  • Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations
Regulatory Compliance (FDA Standards)
  • Ensure all storage conditions meet FDA and local regulatory requirements, especially for health and wellness products
  • Maintain proper documentation for inspections and compliance audits
  • Enforce hygiene, safety, and product handling standards within the warehouse
Audit & Reporting
  • Conduct regular internal audits and prepare reports on stock status and variances
  • Support external audits and regulatory inspections
  • Track key warehouse metrics including stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and losses
Team Leadership & Supervision
  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including training and performance monitoring
  • Enforce discipline, safety procedures, and operational standards
  • Create work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficiency
Logistics Coordination
  • Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any operational bottlenecks
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong experience in inventory control and stock management systems
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliant storage practices is highly preferred
  • Experience with FIFO inventory management, especially for consumable or health related products
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
