- To manage and develop an effective filing system to make updating and retreiving files easier
- Dispatch official bill and letters and maintain logbooks for examiniation by supervisor
- Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming the facility and equipment and restocking oil cleaning and materials
- Any other assigned responsibilities
- A higher Diploma in a tertiary institution, a valid riders Class A License and a minimum of 5 years of experience, knowledge of Accra would be an added advantage but not necessary
- Should be computer literate and knowledgeable about office equipment
- Applicant must be between 28 and 40 years
