The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a great shopping experience for customers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and making purchase decisions
- Manage daily sales transactions and issue receipts
- Maintain proper display and arrangement of clothing items
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing always
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Promote products both in-store and via social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
