- Lead in the establishment of the Development & Impact Department.
- Design/maintain systems for collecting, cleaning, and storing key datasets across various departments such as production, sourcing, and operations.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track Key Performance Indicators across departments.
- Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and produce recommendations for operational improvements.
- Contribute to strategic planning to ensure evidence-based decision making.
- Manage and resolve data quality issues and ensure all data is fit for purpose.
- Collaborate with departments and field agents to streamline data collection and reporting.
- Train staff and field officers on data tools, reporting templates, and performance tracking systems.
- Generate reports to inform internal decision-making with management.
- Oversee the analysis and report writing of core monitoring and evaluation data.
- Able to transform data into compelling and engaging data visualizations.
- Manage traceability and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) data for international compliance and reporting.Top of Form
- Carry out other duties as required by the Managing Director
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Analytics,
or agribusiness. * Strong skills in data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI, STATA, Tableau or R) and digital data collection platforms (e.g., Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Survey CTO).
- Proven experience translating data into business or social impact insights.
- Strong communication and reporting skills (written and visual).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with working with smallholder farmers and export-focused agribusinesses is a plus.
