- Keep record of stocks levels in the Client's outlets by liaising with Merchandisers, Floor Managers to ensure the prompt delivery of goods
- Collection of due payments from clients and constantly follow up on delayed payments
- Making new products from Rafimex available to the Clients and having them displayed in the shops
- Increasing Rafimex growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing customers
- Ensuring brand visibility and presence in the shops
- Representing Rafimex at promotional activities organized by the Client
- Provide the Head Office with market intelligence on competing products, brands and open market activities
- Visiting shops regularly and finding amicable solutions to grievances; Manage customer requests and complaints by constantly liaising with the Head Office for prompt feedback.
- Visit the Warehouse to stay updated on products and prices
- Handle and suggest listing of products at various outlets
- Solve any problems related to barcodes or pricing at the clients end
- Must possess a minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree in a sales, marketing, business administration or relevant field from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales and marketing of FMCG products
- Must have experience working with or selling to Supermarkets and Shopping malls
- Experience in handling and managing key accounts
- Must be knowledgeable in product branding and visibility
- Must possess skills in public relations, customer handling and conflict resolution
- Must have proven experience in managing or leading a team
- Reports to the Managing Director
