Allocates labor and monitors the production processes to ensure targets are achieved.
Plans, interprets, and implements the plans for shift.
Ensures and maintains safe working environment.
Facilitates effective team dynamics and coordinates all activities in shift
Facilitates employees' training and development.
Facilitates environment health and safety programs and systems.
Ensure food safety and plant hygiene.
Facilitates team communication and conflict resolution.
Maintains discipline within the plant, facilitate employee's grievance process.
Prepares and submits accurate and reliable reports.
Ensure we always produce and deliver safe products to the consumer.
Take responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of yourself and others including your own fitness for work.

Minimum 3 years' progressive work experience in roles in culinary, food/beverage processing
Excellent knowledge of the food technology and manufacturing process
A solid track record of effectively, leading, managing and/or supervising.Preferred skills:Excellent leadership ability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on many tasks at the same time while keeping excellent organizational skills.
Very strong computer skills.
Strong communicator (both oral & written).
Highly motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated commitment to achieving organizational and personal goals.
Proven ability to work well in a team environment (co-workers, suppliers, etc.).
