Building on our strong trading foundation, we are now diversifying into the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector with the launch of premium rice and cooking oil brands in Ghana.Job SummaryWe are seeking energetic and results-oriented Promoters and Merchandisers to support the launch and sales of our premium FMCG products (rice, cooking oil, roasted cashew) across Ghana. This is a temporary role suitable for individuals with at least a JHS or SHS qualification who are passionate about sales, marketing, and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness of our premium rice and cooking oil brands at retail outlets, markets, and events.
Assist in arranging and displaying products to attract customer attention and drive sales.
Provide product information to customers, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
Ensure product shelves are well-stocked, clean, and properly labeled.
Collect feedback from customers and relay market information to supervisors.
Support field marketing activities such as product sampling and demonstrations.
Submit daily or weekly reports on sales and promotional activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification: JHS or SHS certificate.
Ability to speak and understand local Ghanaian languages is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet set targets.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, or merchandising.
Must be reliable, proactive, and willing to work on a temporary assignment.
