- Oversee the maintenance, security and overall functionally of the organization’s office premises.
- Develop and enforce fleet management policies, including vehicle allocation, usage and maintenance schedules
- Develop policies for office management and travels and ensure adherence to best practices
- Oversee travel arrangements for staff, board members and stakeholders, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with insurance, registration and regulatory requirements for all vehicles
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility management, travel, logistics and fleet operations
- Provide reports and recommendations to senior management on administrative efficiency and cost optimization
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive administrative experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications & membership in professional associations (e.g PMP) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of facility management, corporate travel policies and fleet management best practices
- Experience working in government agencies
