- Engage with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, challenges, and requirements
- Document business requirements, workflows, and functional specifications
- Translate business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with IT/MIS teams
- Support process improvement initiatives across departments
- Design and develop low-code applications and workflows using Microsoft PowerApps
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Support the integration of Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Excel, and other enterprise systems
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions
- Support development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis to support decision-making
- Work with teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements

- Support the product management function by coordinating system enhancement requests from business users across all SBUs
- Contribute to internal platform roadmap prioritization gathering, documenting, and presenting business cases for new features and improvements
- Coordinate release cycles, including UAT planning, user communication, and post-release support
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying gaps and feeding insights back into the roadmap
- Support with the preparation of the monthly budget.
- Contribute to the management of all budget items, including cost control and expenditure forecasting.
- Contribute to ensuring that the budget is in line with the department’s scheduled activities.
- Supervise the team to execute assigned projects within deadlines and budget.
- Carry out performance appraisals and development plans with subordinate staff.
- Coordinate the leave schedule of subordinate staff.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Master's degree in related field is a plus.
- Multicultural experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in French is a plus.
- 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proficiency with industry-specific software (SAP, Sage, BambooHR).
- Experience working in a corporate or operational environment.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerApps and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Basic understanding of data structures and databases
