Our Sales team worked in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. We take responsibility for the business' success by building trusted relationships and understanding our partners.Partner with the bestThe Product Line Scheduling and Competency Specialist (PLSCS) ensures flawless execution by coordinating field personnel resources according to the activity requirements (short, mid and long term), personnel competence levels and personnel availability.As a Scheduling and Competency Specialist- Field Services Personnel, you will be responsible for:

Balancing resource demand across their area and the wider region
Monitoring and optimizes personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime,
Assigning crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization
Developing the training and competence strategies, creates development plans, coordinates competence assessment, and monitors progression and training compliance.
Collaborating cross functionally and with customers to understand the volume and complexity of the activity forecast for Completions & Wellbore Interventions

To be successful in this role you will:

3-5 years experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention
Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrated experience in Completions)
Be an advocate for Baker Hughes and be able to promote our products and services to our customers
Be experienced in using Microsoft office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer.
