- Monitoring and optimizes personnel utilization whilst minimizing overtime,
- Assigning crews to jobs and initiated coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization
- Developing the training and competence strategies, creates development plans, coordinates competence assessment, and monitors progression and training compliance.
- Collaborating cross functionally and with customers to understand the volume and complexity of the activity forecast for Completions & Wellbore Interventions
- 3-5 years experience in Completions & Wellbore Intervention
- Bachelor's degree (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrated experience in Completions)
- Be an advocate for Baker Hughes and be able to promote our products and services to our customers
- Be experienced in using Microsoft office applications including MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Writer.
