• Responsible for the formation and management of the local BD team
• Responsible for the development and the maintaining of the group hotel brand to ensure the achievement of the expansion goal
• Responsible for excavating new projects in the region and negotiating customer needs and finally facilitating signing
• Responsible for expanding the company's information channels

• Master's Degree from a recognised university
• More than 5 years of market sales or expansion experience with large and medium-sized enterprises, tourism services, internet companies, brand management companies, multinational management experience is preferred
• Have good communication skills and customer handling capabilities
