- Preparing Correspondence: Prepare and type letters, memos, reports and other documents as required
- Filing and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, file and databases
- Managing Emails: Manage email correspondence, respond to routine emails and forward emails to relevant personnel
- Managing Training Meetings including registration of meetings, taking minutes and preparing agendas
- Effective communication with staff, management and external management
- Maintaining confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Diploma / HND or Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration or related field
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
