Job DescriptionAbout the JobPurpose:
– Manage pending receivables and follow up on collections
– Minimize bad debt risk and ensure timely collectionsResponsibilities:

Reconciliation:

– Reconcile customers' accounts to ensure accuracy
– Match balances with customer statements

Collections:

– Analyze customer payments
– Allocate payments against statement of accounts

Pending Receivables:

– Take proactive actions to follow up on outstanding payments
– Implement improved processes to reduce pending receivables
– Minimize bad debt risk while maintaining customer satisfaction

Customer Relationship Management:

– Build and enhance relationships with key customer staff
– Manage receivables issues effectively through strong rapport

Academic Education & Professional Certifications:

– Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field

Experience:
