  • DURATION: FULL TIME - PERMANENT

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the preparation of meals for Management and Senior Executive.
  • Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the accommodation.
  • Maintain proper par levels at all time and ensure adequate replenishment, on a weekly/ monthly basis.
  • Ensure the kitchen allocated for your work is always clean to industry standard and all cooking utensils are always clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure a good standard of food is served at all times.
  • Create a weekly/ monthly menu for HQ staff.
  • Ability to speak, write and communicate in English effectively.
  • Ability to cook and bake both local & continental meals
  • Your working days will be from Monday – Friday, including Public Holidays.
  • Your hours of work will be determined by the demands associated with your responsibilities.
Required Skills or Experience
  • Minimum of an HND in Catering or certification from a culinary school, with over 5 years’ experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a small – medium kitchen for a hospitality industry or a corporate organisation
  • Ability to make and bake pastries and finger foods: both local and continental
  • Ability to manage, develop and train a team and develop & train people
