- Free the Managing Director's time from operational and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks
- Provides full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Managing Director, ensures smooth management of his day-to-day affairs. Handles sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Takes initiative as appropriate, especially in the Managing Director's adsence
- Degree, in Business Communication or Administration or any relevant subject
- Experienced Personal Assistant at senior management level
- Demonstrated leadership skills and competency
- A good understanding of construction environments
- Previous experience working in a team environment
- Strong customer service experience
- Leadership and Team building
- Strategic thinking and problem solving
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to manage upwards
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and plan own work
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- A flexible, pro-active approach to work, including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
