Job Vacancy For Cashiers

• Great customers warmly provide outstanding service throughout their visit and promptly address inquiries or resolve concerns with professionalism
• Efficiently process customer purchases using the POS system, handle various payment methods accurately and ensure all transactions comply with company policies
• Assist customers by providing detailed information about frozen food products, promotions and store offerings, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
• Handle cash, process payments, issue receipts and provide accurate change. Maintain proper cash register balance and perform cash drawer reconciliations at the start and end of each shift
• Accurately issue product receipts, perform daily reversals, monitor stock levels and promptly alert the supervisor about slow or non-moving items to maintain effective inventory control
• Ensure the cashier cubicle is clean, organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies and help maintain overall company cleanliness and comply with health and safety guideline
• Effectively promote current sales, special offers and company promotions, while enhancing the customer experience by recommending related products and encouraging add-on purchases in a positive and engaging manner
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, security and customer data privacy
• Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, ensuring all store tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Previous experience in a retail or cashier role preferred especially in a food or grocery setting
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
