Chief Accountant Officer

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the accounting operations across the country.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in line with regulatory and organizational requirements.

• Coordinate the preparation of audited financial statements, including reports for the national headquarters, churches, hospitals, and other social services.

• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee and coordinate training programs for accounting and finance staff across the territory.

• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting.

• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required.
