Duties
  • Receive all visitors and help to create a welcoming environment
  • Answer phone calls, emails and in person inquiries the school and processes
  • Answer and transfer phone calls when necessary
  • Appropriately file and retrieve schools documents, records and reports
  • Make arrangements for all staff gatherings including meeting and briefing sessions
  • Provide response to correspondence containing routine enquires
  • Manage and keep constant communication on all company social media accounts
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule other appointments for the Managing Director
  • Assist other members of the management team by providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing systems and performing basic book keeping duties
  • Perform any other administrative duties that may be assigned
Required Skills or ExperienceEducation & Experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or related
  • At least 1 – 3 years of working experience as an administrator
