- Receive all visitors and help to create a welcoming environment
- Answer phone calls, emails and in person inquiries the school and processes
- Answer and transfer phone calls when necessary
- Appropriately file and retrieve schools documents, records and reports
- Make arrangements for all staff gatherings including meeting and briefing sessions
- Provide response to correspondence containing routine enquires
- Manage and keep constant communication on all company social media accounts
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule other appointments for the Managing Director
- Assist other members of the management team by providing general administrative and clerical support
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, managing systems and performing basic book keeping duties
- Perform any other administrative duties that may be assigned
- Degree in Business Administration or related
- At least 1 – 3 years of working experience as an administrator
- Attention to details
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor
- Exhibit effective communication both orally and written
- Able to listen, work with instructions and prioritize workload
- Ability to maintain and build strong relationship with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must live in the enclave of Community 25, Dawhenya, Afienya Junction and Abbey Community.
