- Strategic Security Management:
- Develop and execute the organization’s overall security strategy and policies, aligning them with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and adapt security strategies to address emerging threats and changes in the business environment.
- Risk Assessment and Management:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks and enhance security posture.
- Physical Security Oversight:
- Oversee physical security operations, including access control, surveillance systems, and facility security.
- Ensure the implementation of security protocols and procedures to protect company facilities and assets.
- Crisis Management and Response:
- Develop and manage crisis response plans and procedures, including emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
- Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring effective resolution and minimal impact on the organization.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, manage, and mentor security teams, including physical security personnel and cybersecurity experts.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with senior management, legal, HR, and other departments to address security concerns and implement cross-functional security initiatives.
- Communicate security policies, procedures, and updates to all levels of the organization.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and manage the security budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high security standards.
- Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to enhance organizational security.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present reports on security activities, incidents, and performance metrics to senior management and the board of directors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of security policies, procedures, and incident reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in security management. including 6 years in a leadership role. Ex- Police or Military is preferred, must have held similar position in corporate environment none security company.

- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic security plans and policies.
