- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with lounge recipes and standards.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of drink menus, cocktail recipes, ingredients, and potential allergens.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and workstations.
- Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and report shortages or variances to the supervisor.
- Ensure all bar equipment is handled, cleaned, and stored properly.
- Promote beverage specials, signature cocktails, and lounge offerings to guests.
- Communicate effectively with waiters, hostesses, and supervisors to ensure smooth service flow.
- Comply strictly with hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and dress code requirements.
- Attend pre-shift briefings and follow operational instructions.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Line Manager.
