Job Vacancy For Senior Legal and Estate OfficerA reputable public service organisation is seeking to recruit interested and dynamic applicants for the position below: Assistant Administrative/Research Officers Senior Legal and Estate OfficerDuties / Responsibilities

Property Tenant Management - preparing rental rates
Legal compliance - ensuring that the organisations property comply with relevant laws and regulations
Vendor Management - Overseeing contractors
Communication - Keeping property, owners, tenants and other stakeholders informed about property related matters and addressing any concerns

Qualification Required & Experience

Degree in Law/Land Economy or related field
Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
Must have completed national service
