- Schedule and coordinate clients' use of office facilities.
- Supervise, cleaning and preparation of the organisation's facilities for client use. Answer phone enquiries and direct calls for the organisation's team.
- Create, update, and maintain personnel records and other records and database for the office.
- Coordinate special functions and social events.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mails for the organisation.
- Prepare correspondence, documentation or presentation materials for the office. Ensure that business methodologies and emerging lessons from daily support to businesses are written down and or recorded in a manner that allows for new/upcoming MSEs to learn from.
- A minimum of Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration or related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years' post National Service experience as an office assistant, office administrator, or handling administrative responsibilities
- A professional certification in office management would be an advantage,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
