- Provide administrative and operational support to the Secretariat
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and manage official correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and documentation
- Support implementation of organisational programmes and activities
- Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective office management
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in an administrative or office management role
- Experience in a professional association, NGO or public institution will be an advantage
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital office systems
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
