- Facilitate and consult with HR department for the provision of adequate and competent employees from the database to meet client’s requests.
- Responsible for staff placement, orientation for new joiners and coordinate exit management with HR department.
- Employee Representative: First point of contact for all outsourced employees.
- Review, update and ensure outsourced staff contracts are running according to stipulated agreement and advice on expiry dates and renewal notice for continuity of business.
- Collaborate with HR department to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
- Management of Outsourced employees’ records
- Collaborate with HR to ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements are satisfied.
- Ensure payment of all resources on time to promote job satisfaction.
- Ensure proper and timely processing and submission of invoices.
- Coordinate internal meetings/reviews and update key stakeholders.
- File all Clients documents: daily attendance, overtime, training and induction sheets and other administrative documents.
- Tracking Clients outstanding issues and produce monthly reports
- Ensure adherence to SLA on delivery.
- Perform any other duties that are required and commensurate with the job's grade and title
