Job DescriptionFan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and strategic team member to join the team as a Cluster Sales Head. The Cluster Sales Head will be responsible for the end-to-end business management (Key Distributors, Strategic Agents and Sub Agents), including delivery of topline performance, providing leadership to assigned Territory Managers and Area Sales Executives within your assigned cluster. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director - Ghana.The position is a permanent position based in Kumasi GHANA.About You
  • Strong commercial background (Sales- and Marketing) of between 5 - 8 years
  • A proven track record in FMCG Sales with large customers
  • Profound understanding of the Retail landscape
  • Strong leadership & influencing skills
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent team management and communication skills
