- Translate frontline mechanical maintenance experience into well-prepared job plans that clearly define scope, execution method, sequence, required tools, permits, and resources.
- Develop standardized job plans for repetitive maintenance tasks, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with the TGL Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Update and improve CMMS job plans based on feedback and lessons learned from completed work.
- Monitor maintenance performance versus plan and capture improvement opportunities.
- Support development of the 28-day maintenance schedule by confirming work readiness (scope, materials, resources).
- Ensure materials are identified, procured, and staged in advance of planned work, coordinating with Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Communicate planning risks effectively to the Onshore Maintenance Superintendent and other stakeholders.
- Uphold Tullow's HSEQ Code of Conduct and promote a strong safety culture.
- 7+ years' experience in offshore Oil & Gas mechanical maintenance, with significant “on-tools” experience at the front line.
- Strong craft knowledge and ability to translate field experience into detailed work plans (tasks, labor hours, materials, tools).
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance execution.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo) and basic planning principles; prior exposure to scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera) is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally, experience with FPSO tanker operations and maintenance activities.
- Bachelor's degree or tertiary equivalent in Engineering/Technical discipline is preferred, but extensive relevant maintenance experience will be strongly considered.
- Deep mechanical knowledge and ability to guide safe, efficient job execution.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; detail oriented.
- Ability to learn and apply planning and scheduling systems.
- Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
