- Design and implement data collection strategies across ESG, governance, and compliance engagements
- Ensure methods are efficient, ethical, and minimise client burden or disruption
- Analyse client and project data to identify risks, trends, and compliance gaps
- Build automated dashboards and interactive tools using Power BI or similar platforms
- Translate data into clear narratives for reports, client presentations, and decision-makers
- Contribute to client diagnostics, ESG metrics design, and impact measurement frameworks
- Maintain awareness of evolving ESG data standards and disclosure requirements (e.g. IFRS SDS, GRI, TCFD)
- Establish and maintain cordial relationships with other employees across all departments to ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Prepare periodic reports relating to job functions.
- Provide clear and timely feedback on the progress of projects and engagement.
- Conduct research to identify potential client organisations for which Harley Reed can conduct projects on specific needs.
- Work with both in-house and external Consultants for effective service delivery to enhance overall service delivery.
- Identify potential cross-selling opportunities with existing corporate clients for other Harley Reed’s services
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
- Understand the organisation’s risk on various projects and proposals
- Assist with the performance of business development and market penetration studies
- Degree in data science, environmental studies, economics, or a related field
- Microsoft Power BI or Tableau data certification
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks or stakeholder engagement standards
- 3–5 years’ experience in a data-related role, preferably with exposure to ESG, sustainability, or risk
- Proven experience with dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) and data wrangling
- Knowledge of ESG data frameworks or public interest governance data is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and visual storytelling skills
- Passion for social impact, sustainability, or public value work
- Ability to structure data flows, design low-burden collection tools, and build dashboards that support data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
- Good networking, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

- Use of HubSpot as a tool to track submissions.
