- Collects data for the formulation of policies;
- Implements programmes and activities of the Unit;
- Collects data for the development and review of guidelines and strategies for the repayment of loans
- Trace borrowers through calls and manage a database of traced borrowers
- Collects data for the design and review of control mechanisms in the collections and repayment processes
- Track loan beneficiaries who are due for repayment; and ensure repayment of the same
- Collect data for the development and update of the repayment database for the Unit.
- Collects data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports of the Unit
- Collects data for the preparation of annual work plans and budget for the Unit
- A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Finance or any other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution;
- Must have completed National Service
- Technical and innovative skills;
- High integrity and good ethical standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in relevant IT applications.
- Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
