- The Customer Service Officer would be responsible for managing front desk operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and employees, while also supporting administrative functions and coordinating office activities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mall, direct phone calls, courier deliveries and dispatches efficiently
- Coordinate appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
- Prepare reports, maintain records and update databases accurately
- Support HR and management with administrative duties, including document processing and official correspondence
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a customer service or front desk role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
