Your responsibilities:Ensures for the complete service offering across the lifecycle of products within the Mining Industry, including Technical Services (TS) Offerings. Go to market Proposal strategy for TS in collaboration with relevant teamsKey Accountabilities
  • Manage the customers and their mill liners throughout the product life cycle
  • Identify and develop new business in the region
  • Present solutions provided to customers in middle east
  • Provide Feedback into the business regarding customer needs and market intelligence
  • Maintain opportunities in the CRM system
  • Monitor industry for updates and changes in the product landscape
  • Be able to perform liner scanning, attend installations on customers sites, review data preset feedback.
  • Work closely with product line, engineering and sales teams across FLS.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to support proposal department on complex solutions.
  • Provides input for strategies for Development, Go to Market and Supply Chain for Technical Services
  • Estimates sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.
  • Provides tools and services that help drive internal and external productivity
  • Gathers, Monitors and Analyses Market Trends and competition
  • Acts as voice of the customer in order to ensure our services match or exceed customer needs
  • Defines Services Marketing Strategy and Support Marketing and Regions in the implementation
  • Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities
  • Follow the liners performance and customer trends.
  • Train internal people (Milling and sales organization) as well as customers mill lining, according to each particular demand.
  • Support on liner selection, seeking for the best technical and commercial option in order to improve competitiveness.
  • Participate in the development of new products or optimization of existing products, in order to obtain products with better performance, quality and a more competitive cost.
  • Support the manufacturing units with specification details, cost reduction programs and customer claim analysis.
What you bring
  • A relevant tertiary level qualification, ideally a mechanical engineering degree
  • Minimum of 3-years of experience working with grinding process.
