- Ability to prepare feeds and apply all the feed formulas needed.- Ability to give proper medications to the birds- Ability to handle customers excellently- Ability to manage the farm workers- About to write daily and weekly reports- Ability to report the farming activities to the director daily- Ability to ensure that the water at the farm flows smoothly- Ability to manage the birds to ensure they are safe and doing well- Ability to increase daily production- Ability to give the right vitamin, dewormer etc- Ability to manage the farm workers to ensure that they change the sawdust and keep the pen/poultry house clean- Excellent in the management of layers and broilers- Excellent in debeaking of the birds- Any other duties as may be required- Experience in negotiation for farm product etcLocation : Apam, Central Region
Free accommodation, water and free electricity on the farms. The person will reside in the farm.
