Job Vacancy For Technical Sales Engineer, Crushing Plants

• To maximize user satisfaction and acceptance for the company's parts and service products for ASTEC, TELESTACK and SIMEN
• And to assist users in achieving low operating cost through recommending service product options and appropriate product support programs such as CVA, Reman, Service Exchange, Multiband, etc

• Sells the company's parts and service
• Maintain contact with all fleet, large, medium and small customers as per call parameters in an effort to be continually aware of their parts and service needs and to sell the company's parts and repair service whenever possible.
• Maintain close liaison with the sector managers to be continually aware of the status of work in process or due in, as well as any new services which the company may be offering.
• Maintain close contact with the operations department to be continually aware of our inventory position and new products which may be announced
• Parts and Service Sales and Technical information are continually reviewed to be current in all areas
• All lost sales of parts or services are reported to the operations manager and to the service managers respectively
• Achievement of parts and services sales will be in line with population and activity
• Maintain sales control systems sales force
• Submit call reports
• Perform undercarriage inspections
• Assist in the development of parts and service marketing programs
• Maintenance of Sales Material
• Actively manage collections, manage the details of invoices, payments, the company's and the client's payment system
• Collect, analyse and provide market information, i.e projected customers parts requirements for inventory forecasting, competitive parts reports, MEP (Machine and Engine Population) data
• Demonstrate self-development

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline
• Candidates with specific knowledge and expertise of ASTEC Products -TELSMITH/BTI/OSBORN, Metso, SIMEM, TELESTACK will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role

• Good communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Self-motivated
