Job Vacancy For Client Services Director

• The Client Service Director will lead the drive to building senior, trusted relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for the Agency.

• Delivers innovative and ambitious, strategic and commercial solutions that balance client and agency values, working closely with colleagues and clients
• Builds strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior client and industry stakeholders
• Deepens the relationship to ensure retention and growth
• Manages team to ensure thet also build strong relationships with their counterparts to deliver outstanding client service
• Understands client commercial framework and works with senior account leadership to ensure business is run profitably

• Extensive experience within the Advertising industry, developing top notch client services and relation that is mutually profitable to both the client and the Agency.
• Experience working Ghana and exposure within the SSA advertising space
• Strong & consistent communicator - able to package, pitch and sell ideas and to guide team members, encouraging them to flourish.
