- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems for all clients files.
- Implement and uphold privacy and data protection standards in all administrative processess.
- Securely lock all customer information and documents, ensuring access is limited to authorized personnel only.
- Ensure timely registration and release of credit collateral, along with the submission of relevant prudential returns to the Bank of Ghana, the Registrar General, and other agencies.
- Submit credit reports to the required credit bureaus in a timely manner.
- Review and analyze loan applications, and credit reports to assess creditworthiness.
- Apply credit scoring models to evaluate loan applications.
- Adapt appraisal methodologies swiftly to effective evaluate business loans, ensuring thorough assessments.
- Monitor and maintain a past-due (PAR) rate of not more than 5% for loan portfolio.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to loan defaults and improve rates.
- Maintain the twenty largest exposures at a maximum of 20% of the loan portfolio.
- With management approval establish metrics for assessing team performance and the effectiveness of appraisal processes.
- Collaborate with the finance department to align on XDS data and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication between teams to support financial decision making and enhance operational efficiencies.
