- Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Coordinates with service team to ensure timely and efficient delivery, assembling and maintenance of machines.
- Manages sales and service teams to ensure success.
- Prepares and presents reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Stays updated on product knowledge and industry developments and attending business conferences.
- Any other related duties as assigned.
- A minimum of five(5) years work experience in same or similar role preferably in an agricultural machinery company.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate goals into initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- A minimum of postgraduate degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
