- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Operate office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Serve as the receptionist for the office, receiving visitors.
- Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Prepare letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Sort incoming mail and deliver to the appropriate department or individual and process outgoing mail.
- Maintain filing systems either manually or electronically.
- Manage calendars and schedules appointments.
- Setup up office for meetings
- Ensure the office is clean and well kept
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- HND in Secretaryship & Management, Marketing, Accounting or related fields
- Completed National Service
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasks.
