Head of Finance

• Lead and oversee all financial operations across business units.

• Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and sustainability.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

• Support business development through financial analysis and negotiations.

• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights.

• Supervise finance teams and ensure efficient financial systems and controls.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) preferred.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership.

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, budgeting, and compliance.

• Experience in infrastructure or donor-funded projects is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
