Job PurposeTo handle the procurement of goods/services and manage inventory to ensure smooth project and office operations.Reports to: CEO/ General ManagerKey Duties/Responsibilities
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate favourable terms.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Receive and inspect goods delivered, and maintain stock records.
  • Maintain procurement files and supplier database.
  • Coordinate with project and admin teams to forecast needs.
Required Skills or ExperienceEducation
  • Minimum qualification: B-Tech HND/Degree or higher
Skills/Competencies
  • Good negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
  • Attention to detail and integrity in record keeping.
  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures.
  • Familiarity with procurement regulations and documentation.
NB: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle[ad]
