The successful applicant will play a key role in establishing and running the Secretariat, while strengthening communication, collaboration, and coordination among the Association’s members and external stakeholders.
The role reports to the Executive President.ROLE SPECIFIC
- Coordinates Secretariat activities and supports member services to ensure smooth operations.
- Serves as the main contact for members, stakeholders, and partners.
- Builds and manages relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations.
- Represents the Association at meetings, events, and with external bodies.
- Facilitates information sharing, advocacy, and compliance support for members.
- Drives membership growth and share relevant industry updates.
- Supports communication, training, and networking initiatives.
- Maintains accurate records, finances, and prepares reports for the Executive Committee.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a liaison, stakeholder engagement, advocacy, or public relations role, preferably within a professional association or industry-related organisation.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
