- Manage ArcGIS Online Portal
- Manage Enterprise ArcGIS Server
- Prepare customized GIS web maps/applications for reporting data insights
- Work with geodatabase and build new datasets for use by MTN Ghana
- Provide spatial analyses for network planning & prioritization process
- Design and conduct spatial analysis to support data mining and reporting
- Provide training to staff in the use of GIS applications and datasets
- Define user requirements and apply best practices (Network, Customer Care, Commercial)
- Support customer analytics team with data mining, reporting/analyses and market research inputs
- Support research with online survey instrument and analyses of results
- A Bachelor's degree in a Geo spatial related field e.g. Geography, Urban Planning, Statistics/ Geo-statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field of study.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in Geospatial analytics
- Certificate in Development of ArcGIS Applications
- Certificate in Managing Enterprise ArcGIS Server
- Certificate in Data Analysis & Reporting Using Power BI
- SEQ Analyst PS Network Performance Management
- Strong knowledge of Marketing Concepts
- Strong understanding of Consumer Marketing
