We are looking for a talented Field Service Technician to join our team, specializing in Services, Maintenance, and Diagnostics in Tarkwa. You'll play a vital role in customer satisfaction by ensuring fast, high-quality engine repairs and proactive support.Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and complete less complex engine repairs at customer sites
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service to build trust and satisfaction
- Anticipate customer needs and act promptly
- Use specialized tools and follow documented procedures for high-quality service
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues as needed
- Complete service documentation accurately and on time
- Identify additional service opportunities and stay current through training
- Basic experience in field service work
- Intermediate knowledge or experience with engine products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Apprentice-trained engine technician (preferred)
- Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
- Valid local driving permit
- Ability to use mechanical/electronic diagnostic tools effectively
- Understanding of electrical/mechanical systems and repair procedures
- Ability to maintain tools and service vehicles in excellent condition
