- Business Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the firm's client base and revenue streams
- Conduct market research to identify emerging investment opportunities and trends in Ghana, across the West African region and Global
- Analyze competitors' offerings, market positioning, and identify gaps for business expansion.
- Generate leads, initiate contact, and secure new business by targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), corporate clients, and institutional investors
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication, exceptional service, and long-term partnerships
- Provide clients with tailored investment solutions based on their needs and risk profile.
- Meet and exceed set targets revenue generation, and business expansion
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the firm's brand and investment products to the target market
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to elevate the firm's market visibility and reputation
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry regulations, trends, and competitive forces to effectively position the firm.
- Work closely with the senior management team and team leads to develop innovative investment products and solutions
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline, and overall progress
- Ensure alignment with the firm's overall strategic objectives and maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
- Monitor market dynamics and identify potential investment sectors (e.g., real estate, energy, agriculture, financial services)
- Provide strategic insights on economic, financial, and regulatory changes in Ghana and the wider West African market.
