Import / Export Clearing Officer - Jubaili Agrotec

• Assist in coordinating all materials importation (Air and Sea), Logistics and Administration (Exemption applications for import duty payments and import customs documentation processes) for the company.
• Assist in coordinating all export forwarding processes through Ghana customs, Governmental Regulatory Agencies in the port, GPHA and other terminal operator gate opening and gate closure processes for export.
• Assist in coordinating monitoring and Tracking of all shipments/vessels at transit ports, on inland waters and airports
• Preparations of weekly and monthly shipping, Logistics and Administrative reports with an Excel database.
• Ensures the utilisation of cost-effective Logistics to enable timely customs clearance and inland transportation services.
• Other duties that you may be assigned that relate to the primary function

• Applicants must have at least two years in the Clearing/Import/Shipping industry.
