• Operate trucks and tippers to transport materials to and from construction site to the other.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of materials while following designated routes.
• Load and unload construction materials as required.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and construction site regulations.
• Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
• Assist in minor vehicle repairs when necessary.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience driving trucks and tippers in the construction industry.
• Proven experience operating tipper trucks and handling heavy loads.
• Good knowledge of local routes, highways, and construction site logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow site instructions.
• Strong attention to safety and defensive driving skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loading/unloading tasks when needed.
• High level of reliability, professionalism, and discipline.

• Knowledge of basic truck maintenance and minor repairs.
• Familiarity with construction materials and handling procedures.
• Ability to operate other heavy machinery (e.g., loaders, excavators) is a plus.
