Job Vacancy For Senior Assistant Librarian

• Staff in this grade shall be required to show high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in their area of specification

• Possess a minimum of Master's Degree in Library or Information Science or any other relevant qualifications
• Must have served as an Assistant Librarian in a University or comparable grade in a similar insitution/organisation for at least 6 years
• Hold membership of a professional body in Librarinship/Information Science
• Have a minimum of 4 cumulative publications published in recognised peer reviewed journal after promotion as Assistant Librarian/analogous grade
• Be computer literate and be conversant with library software
