- Support construction of multiple greenhouses across the country
- Working with equipment manufacturers to develop and manufacture solutions that meet Agri-impact needs, leading to continuous improvement for cost-effectiveness and productivity enhancement
- Responsible for maintenance of greenhouses and accessories
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environment measures
- Perform any other duty assigned to you by the Executive Director and Greenhouse Construction Engineers
- BA/BSc/HND/Diploma from ATVET in Agriculture, Engineering, Marketing or related fields
- Experience in Agriculture, agro-industry, agribusiness or related activities
- Experience in using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web conferencing Application, Information management systems
- Required languages: English and one local language
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 30% of time
- Must be willing to be posted to any part of the project areas
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with ability to make sound judgment
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to write reports
- Proactive, results-oriented and service-oriented
