- Coordinate meetings, client calls, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize confidential files and records.
- Screen and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the lawyer.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed to support the lawyer’s daily productivity.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate support staff, interns, or clerks if applicable.
- Manage office budgets, petty cash, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure the office complies with legal and professional standards and maintains a tidy, organized environment.
- Liaise with clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
