We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate a sales team in
promoting our client’s premium fragrance and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in sales management, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to drive revenue
growth while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand representation at all touchpoints.
- Degree holders (HND, BSc, MSc), Science / accounting background
- Minimum 5 years direct experience working as sales / marketing manager
- Proficient with point of sales software.
- Knowledge of sustainable and luxury beauty markets is a plus.
- Driving license (advantageous)
- Must be a very detailed oriented person
